How can we help?
Need a hand? Email [email protected] with your iPhone model and iOS version, and we'll get back to you, usually within a couple of days.
How does Keepsweep delete my photos?
You choose what to remove by swiping: left to cut, right to keep. When you finish a session, iOS shows its own delete confirmation, and anything you cut goes to your "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days. Nothing is ever deleted without that confirmation, and you can restore photos during those 30 days.
How do I get a photo back?
Open the Photos app → Albums → Recently Deleted, select the photo, and tap Recover. Photos stay recoverable there for 30 days after you delete them.
Do my photos leave my phone?
No. Keepsweep works entirely on your device: your photos are never uploaded, copied off your phone, or shared with anyone. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
What can I try before buying?
Before the paywall, Keepsweep lets you try three practice swipes on photos from your library. Practice choices are not saved and nothing is deleted. Keepsweep Pro unlocks photo cleanup, unlimited swipes, and Sweeps for screenshots, large files, and more. Pro is available as a weekly subscription, which starts with a 3-day free trial, or as an annual subscription. The price shown for your selected plan is charged when you confirm with Apple — after the trial ends, if you are on the weekly plan — and renews until canceled. You can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Keepsweep to change or cancel your plan. If you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you've bought Pro, including a legacy lifetime purchase, and it isn't showing, open the Keepsweep Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Keepsweep purchase to request a refund.
